1 bGive ear to my words, O Lord,
Consider my
Or meditation
,
dgroaning.
2Heed ethe sound of my cry for help, fmy King and my God,
For to You I pray.
3In the morning, O Lord,
Or May You hear
You will hear my voice;
In the hmorning I will order my
Or sacrifice
prayer to You and eagerly jwatch.

4For You are not a God kwho takes pleasure in wickedness;
lNo evil
Lit sojourns
dwells with You.
5The nboastful shall not ostand before Your eyes;
You phate all who do iniquity.
6You qdestroy those who speak falsehood;
The Lord abhors rthe man of bloodshed and deceit.
7But as for me, sby Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house,
Or Toward
At Your holy temple I will ubow in vreverence for You.

8O Lord, wlead me xin Your righteousness ybecause of
Or those who lie in wait for me
my foes;
Make Your way
Or smooth
straight before me.
9There is abnothing
Or true
reliable in
Lit his mouth
what they say;
Their aeinward part is destruction itself.
Their afthroat is an open grave;
They
Or make their tongue smooth
flatter with their tongue.
10Hold them guilty, O God;
ahBy their own devices let them fall!
In the multitude of their transgressions aithrust them out,
For they are ajrebellious against You.

11But let all who aktake refuge in You albe glad,
Let them ever sing for joy;
And
Or You shelter
may You anshelter them,
That those who aolove Your name may exult in You.
12For it is You who apblesses the righteous man, O Lord,
You aqsurround him with favor as with a shield.
